La Coronilla del Espíritu Santo fue aprobada por el Papa León XIII en 1902. Consta de 5 decenas de 9 cuentas. Las dos primeras cuentas comienzan la década con un Padre Nuestro y un Ave María seguidos de 7 Glorias. Comienza con 3 cuentas entre la Cruz de la Santísima Trinidad y el centro del Espíritu Santo para la Señal de la Cruz, el Acto de Contrición y la Oración de Ven Espíritu Santo. Un misionero franciscano capuchino compuso esta versión en 1892.
